GE are definately very keen on this tech. The speed with which they have moved suggests they were a) keen to get someone b) quite possibly already trying to get both SLM and CL as it was. Either way they arent messing around. They have to get a move on to fulfil their plans with CFM Leap

Yes GE has a plan. What you perceive as games isn't for them. They act according to plans that were already in place. Its easy to act quick when your options are understood ahead of time. Their R&D and investment in AM is well documented. The only thing in my mind that is in question is GE's plan to utilize SGLB's technology. I'd like to think that they have IPQA integrated into their forward plans for AM.

I have the impression, that GE has a plan...
They are also not willing to play games...
And they act fast, pretty fast...
Additive manufacturing is now one of there top investment and development priorities...
Lets see, I have a good feeling with that development...
