Highline Technical Innovations, Inc. is now SPO Networks, Inc.

Just where is this new company incorporated? Idaho has never heard of it, Arkansas has never heard of it. You can't just say it is incorporated unless it is properly filed. Is Opie just posting crap to get the share price up so he can sell billions of shares to unsuspecting believers in nothing?
