Not sure if you know but the court ORDERED the issuance of the 66,666,666 shares and the shares were apparently issued. You should read the court filings before commenting. Ed doesn't brag about Jeff Ansley any more on Social Media. Jeff is a highly competent lawyer. MyECheck has lost virtually every lawsuit they were ever involved in.

So 66,666,666 divided by 1 (for Ken) equals 66,666,666 shares.

I would say that it is fairly obvious that the outline of TCA's lawsuit was derived from the federal lawsuit. Some really smart real estate lawyers read that lawsuit and probably concluded that the federal lawsuit was fact. However, the lawsuit couldn't be won under the law and specifically 10b-5.

However, any shareholder derivative action that goes down will name the auditor in my opinion and the auditor will lose. The audit opinion deserved to be written in crayon. 10b-5 will have no bearing when the company sues the auditor in a derivative action.

Fast Eddie should have cleaned up this mess over a year ago and till this day, he still continues to deny the painfully obvious that the company owns the real estate.

The real estate is a major problem for Fast Eddie which is the reason why he has made it very personal with people that bring it up and he has gotten to the point that he is texting shareholders to try and influence them. Sad.
