No place in any PR was the word stipulation used
Stipulation implies a contract and it does not exist with Walmart or Walmex
PR stated specfic criteria and criteria meaning what has to happen before any potential contract is negotiated. ie financials and proven sales.
Reality check lemon lime only production set for 1200000 bottles east west coast would only work if they were sold out in a couple of weeks for proven sales for walmart... Walmart would sell it in the millions of bottles. Nothing in reality here.

Below are all clever worded rhetoric opinions not statements from PRs or facts All for a Tbev narritve to make it look like tbev has a deal with walmart and they do not .

I think that the stipulations was to sell it elsewhere besides Walmart. (I.e the east and west coast distribution that was just PR'd) if it's only sold at Walmart the brand awareness may not be enough.

HPB will do its own production run slated for the end of this month to produce its own supply for east and west coast distribution and Walmart after the stipulations Walmart set forth are satisfied. (Per the pr last week)REALLY Not true as we see
