I can imagine they have made some kind of deal with the external parties whose debt has been extinguised recently not to raise AS and dump shares for a certain period of time so those parties can still dump their convertibles on a low SS, as that would still keep up PPS a little.

Not sure if such agreements are common and of course very speculative, but just my thoughts.

We saw the same happening with partner in crime GMGI ater a double RS. AS decrease for a while, quite some dumping, PPS down, AS increase to billions again. And of course currently back on no bid.
That's the future here as well.

It's only waiting for a PR that states 'in the best interest of shareholders and to be able to fund any development in future and make fund raising more attractive for external parties, the company has decided to raise AS to X billion bla bla bla'.

Seen it too many times before.
