stockkillsme. I think we are dealing with two different problems. The company most likely will survive. They have done so by printing and selling shares. They knew that the share price could fall and that they would need additional shares in that case to close the deals.
I've said before that we shareholders have no protection against dilution. The acquired companies do. Cornell does. Management, thru options, does. Management knows they are running this company for a long time by printing and selling shares. They asked us for permission to do so with the approval of a 5 billion share float. Many on this board were against that proposal because of possible inflation and devaluation of our shares.
I imagine that NEOM will be very successful and our shares will be worthless. Of course, the situation is fluid and things can reverse, protecting us against dilution. The stock has been falling on small volume.
