Sounds like a state sales tax, just named something else. I went through 3 windshields on my 2 vehicles during my 2.5 year stay in Oregon, road system is the worst I have ever seen.

My son will be attending Oregon Wine Institute this fall. You folks know your wine!

its a self defeating paradigm, its designed to fail and start over

we, as a country and society, have dodged the bullet for so long
because of several factors but in the end there will be NO new homes being built or bought because of all that is needed and required to have them but the prices wont fall at first because most cant take that kind of loss

so, they will just let it go back to the bank, mortgage co, etc and walk away, same with new vehicles. At some point there will be a glut because all we have in extra income pays groceries, utilities, taxes and doctor bills incl insurance...

most will drive their cars till they fall apart....

and then it crumbles, all at once

no jobs, no work, just eat and stay home while you have one

all the while govt of all sectors, begin the process of taking over everything until they are over run with protestors

and then it burns to the ground and starts all over
