You missed the point - the 10-Q was filed on September 26th and Michael Choo signed off on September 23rd.

Eric Sill was supposed to have taken over on August 26th.

On August 26, 2016, the holders of the majority voting interest in the Company called and held a Special Shareholders Meeting and this meeting resulted in the
affirmative vote to remove Mr. Griffin as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Adama Technologies Corporation and appoint Mr. Eric Sills as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Scammers like Hipple always get sloppy.

That's the 10Q from June when Michael Choo was involved. You'll see in the next filing that his name will no longer be there.

You just don't get it - Hipple is still calling the shots just as he did with SKTO/AEGY.
