Tend to agree, along with I feel they will announce a R/S to diminish share count and justify the action with the listing requirements. No one want to keep riding the knife of a listing requirement....
The timing of a PR to correlate with the release of the PMI is completely ridiculous since you put your PR in and it might be hours before it's released...... So explain how they piggy-backed it...
The Q was already discussed with you and that's not the driver, it's forward guidance....
Then you have yet to explain who will convert high priced shares and sell them on the cheap and lose money.....
