My guess is that shortly after conversion the "new" shareholder creates a run, buying high enough to get interest so that multitudes of that number can be sold lower........otherwise there wouldn't be a market of hopefuls to sell any of the converted shares to. And, they can sell a lot to people who think they are getting a great deal since they are paying less than the "confident" person who knows enough of "what is really happening" to invest at that high price.........
