And what also escapes many people is the motivation behind all the effort to keep a stock price depressed ! On a higher SP the 50 to 100% volatility in a single trading session is not achievable.

If the sp was 10 cents any jump to 15 or 20 cents in a day is not going to happen. .003 to .006 or .008 - easy !

Thus all this effort up to and including a midnight watch to list the same old negatives and squash any positives that make an appearance.

The pay must be great !
