Anyone know exactly how many shares will be outstanding after the recent money raised and after TG and others convert to common shares?

40 mil at 4 = 160 mil market cap. Let's use some context. Uber's valued at 60 billion plus today, and they make no money and seemingly have no competitive advantage to speak of. Of course a naked short squeeze can help this cause, too.
