Anyway, not until the insiders have raised the OS count as high as possible and then sell off all those shares into the market.( free money)

It is called dilution and it manipulates the PPS big >time.

I WOULD HAVE NEVERRRR thought the PPS would be taken down into the 40's 8 trading days away from the vote.

If the vote will not bring value to this stock idk what will ?
If new dispensaries wont bring value what will?
If getting new permits won't bring value what the hell will?

It is a lost cause with these insider crooks
