he seems to have access to financials we don't -showing only 315k debt(which if true would mean all the convertible debt is gone) against 530k assets

which at this price point is actually very good- another disconnect between the accounting of mature blue chips vs these developing co's, for whom trends/movement is more important

when my best friend dragged me into pennies,with the aid of accounting ,economic and law degrees etc I devoured thousands of pennies financials-and kept telling my friend, all these co's are bankrupt.

Most had hugely negative current ratios- meaning current liabilities greatly exceeded current assets
most had liabilities exceeding assets.

So if NEWC had, as of the time of the financials he's using, 530k assets and only 315k debt,that would be great at this pps
