While the report lacks details in a lot of respects I do give it a passing grade. Perhaps a "C".

Two additional observations...

1.... IT'S ON TIME !!! Way-to-go JB!! If Gayle had anything to do with this... then accolades to her too!!

2... this is the first time in a while they raised the notion of moving to a higher board. Doncaster revenues, alone, might be sufficient to make that happen. NOW THAT WOULD BE NICE!

I see two new 504 issues but no change in restricted from previous reports.

Please show me what you saw.

It does not show that any of the KEY individuals you mention
having sold a single share.
