The 52-week low is .089. Now that the .09s have fallen, it seems inevitable that we continue to trickle down to the diluted value of .06. There's probably never been a better time for news. But I'll be surprised if any comes. Judging by the volume of people heading for the exits, expectations appear to be low all around.
