This "play" is a guaranteed loser. The stock is being cancelled next month. Guaranteed 100% loss to anyone that holds it.

And the stock price hasn't gone anywhere. Just trading between the bid and offer, which is a massive spread because the MM's are not stupid. They know the stock will be worthless next month, and are happy to make a few bucks on anyone foolish enough to buy it. And there is absolutely no shortage of sellers. Most people are smart enough to read the filings.
