Thanks for this generally but it's not really 'a plan'. It comes across more like an ambiguous excuse that raises more questions than it answers. If not violating confidences by doing so, are you able to say whether fractal stuff/iterated patent legacy forms any part of the new products under development? Does Iterated IP matter?

I get that you are in an awkward position here as you've been outed as a pp holder of significance. I think you might agree that things would be easier if Tmmi did conventional things like update its website and generally inform the public about what it's up to so that insider info risks were diminished.

Maybe there aren't a lot of eyes on the board at the moment but I find it striking that no one can explain why Tmmi's proposed product is a good idea.

Maybe I can ask the question in a different way: 25 years from now when I stop to reflect about my life and circumstances, and find myself saying "this Tmmi thing is great, boy -- this is an improvement", what thing will I be referring to?
