HHSE has to pay off TCA, looks like they have to sell all the movie equipment on Craigslist then dilute tens of millions of shares at .003 PPS.

JMO, the settlement with JSJ was for stock and cash. The company blogged it would be just a financial settlement, no shares. But even the longest of longs have to realize the company has no cash.

JSJ are no dummies, there probably is a payout plan but if a cash payment is not made, then they have the option to convert.

In any event, any dilution will be evident in the trading and MM's on level two. Look for CDEL, VNDM and VFIN.
