We DON"T KNOW what they've done with regard to the share structure since that filing. They could have authorized, issued, and are in the process of dumping tons more shares by now.

The company is working with a gagged TA, so forget transparency.

But what we DO know is bad, with that 1.666 BILLION new shares being offered until the end of the year. That's a lot of shares for a tiny outfit with pathetically low volume like EAPH. I sure won't be buying any of them. Not with EAPH's years-long track record of total failure to deliver on their forward-looking statements. People have called EAPH a scam, and for good reason.
