#1179 RE: chrysus #1178

I attended the meeting and chrysus summed it up pretty well. The only thing I would add is that the URHG presenters Ken, Travis and Dana kept their focus on URHG and the Dun Glen mine. They described what things were like when they took over, what they have done since then, and how they are funding the mine and operations now. They did not promote any other plans or projects they may be working on behind the scenes.

However, when Strack got up and spoke and talked about other plans, he was doing so on behalf of himself and his company RMI. He said that he was not waiting for Dun Glen but was moving forward now. I think this is what chrysus might be referring to.

It sounded like Strack's plans had substantial potential value for URHG. but URHG was limiting their part of the URHG shareholder meeting presentation to current URHG status and activities and not trying to pump up the company on some plan they had not brought up. Meanwhile, as a shareholder and independent contractor, Strack was free to say whatever he wanted at the meeting. If chrysus spoke to Strack at the mine later, he may have learned more at that time.
