I am perplexed that as we get closer to the FS that the share price is trending lower. Usually you will see buying on the speculation and selling on the actual news.

As far as when the FS will be complete, that is a question that has no answer because of the DD that Mark and his team are working on to get the CAPEX numbers lower. I do not give a damn if it comes out late 2016 or early 2017 as long as it works out to our satisfaction. The goalposts changed with the date already so another month or two is not a big deal. Beyond the 1st quarter of 2017 would be troublesome though. Mark is a fantastic CEO and Jim is a great IR person for the company. We are in great hands except for the share price. Hopefully that takes care of itself.

I am a realist and the close today does not lie. ( 53.5 cents). As shareholders we are all looking for maximum price appreciation. It keeps you smiling during your awake time. Warrant selling aside, the low share price is causing a crappy base point and I am concerned good news will only move us back to previous support levels. 60 is the new 50. We need some super heavy exposure once this FS is done along with other positive developments. A low price will cause large scale investors to shy away from the stock.

negatives-

1)PPS is abysmal

2)share price not improving going into FS release

3)limited media exposure on the US side(only a minor concern)

positives

1) This project is a monster and 99.9% a go.

2) CEO is world class with excellent staff

3) core products are essential to world growth. Even without scandium in the equation, I believe niobium is a huge winner for the company. There should be many untapped areas not factored in yet.

4)Absent a buyout, the company will be able to reach out and acquire other companies.
