sorry but does not work that way in commercial real estate...

landlords usually (with large tenants almost always) have to get tenants approved by lenders... very detailed underwriting... pphm would be a high risk ..... nasdaq delisting, possible going concern...

share price in it of itself would raise flags.... and landlords would probably have to spend $400k to $600k or more with tenant improvements and commissions...

same with avid... potential customers looking to establish contract going forward... want stability because changing horses not a good plan....

same with hiring.... competition for talent... do you go with the $.35 a share company or one with stability?

all very fixable with the stroke of a pen...

get a deal done...
