That's my one concern: Will investors grow impatient if the filing takes longer than anticipated?

Nothing can be done to prevent impatience...everyone draws the line somewhere, but we both know how often we've sold a day or two too soon, because of the lack of that prerequisite to wise investing.

Last year, CHYD screwed me good. I sold just 2 hours before it nearly tripled in pps. Ya can't win 'em all.

Patience rewards it's 'friends'.
