It's really quite simple.... This difference between 1.12 to 1.40 tells me that there are developments that we are privy to that someone funding would be privy to.

And it's 1.40 if you want 10 to 15m shares. If you believe you could get them in the open market for 1.40, tell me how you'd do it...
