It has been a little while, but that's because the hope was the last note would be converted back the beginning of October and that that was all the company was waiting on to release the K. But, since the last note hasn't converted, it seems we'll be waiting until the required filing date... it has been a while, but only cause that's how it goes sometimes. If you've held on this long, you'll be okay for another couple weeks. I think :)
