Yes this is a working lab with customers. So employees, equipment, and most importantly the customer list. I think I know where he 340k number may have come from :) The lab has 200 customers (going from memory on a past PR) 200 x 1700 = $340K. So they've acquired the lab for 1 yrs worth of expected revenue. Not a bad deal if you ask me, but also the lab is getting equity in SGBY. I'm not sure what 'd shares' are worth but we may have to wait for the next Q to find out.
