Most dividend stocks trade at 1.5+ book value, so considering the fact that we're trading at 0.6% book value right now, $30 isn't a crazy number, In fact it's a very realistic number. Banks will break out, the reminiscences of 2008 still hasn't entirely been shaken off yet.
