I agreed 100% with your post ( I am not sure if I could do it for 4 years ) , one thing , now I lost all fear , I am very comfortable here.
If Dr P is applying for extension for the patients who finishing P3 adjunct , to me it mean that many are successful ,
If he writes end of October that by Q1 next year we COULD accomplished primary endpoint results , I feel that he see improvement of enrollment.
I know that I am an optimistic person in general , but I think I am realistically optimistic ...:))
