Of course the judge is the final decision maker.

I'd say... The EC is in the drivers seat now but others are still going to try to grab the wheel.

But...that's an overly optimistic statement, IMO.

The debtor has not lost control, entirely...yet.

Almost...but not yet.

Reinstatement was referring to the notes...as in we might force them to accept a plan for them to be reinstated...

Payed...LATER.

As in their ORIGINAL contract.

The debtors are in control, that is the law. The judge upholds the law rather than makes the law. The equity committee will end up being controlled by pfd shareholders. If you think common unit holders will have committee control you are wrong.
