None of the activity here makes any sense. Our CEO proceeds with a reverse split to basically do nothing. Was the intention to up list to OTCQB? Currently, Telefix is not even a timely reporting company with the SEC. Telefix technologies?? Something must have happened for this company to go silent. Right now, we appear to be a shell with a very low share structure, but I find little confidence in that considering the authorized share count. If there is any potential promise in the IOT technology our CEO retains then I think she should consider stepping down and bringing in a management team.
