Sweeny denied his motion to move case to a state court . She also suggested he had the right to submit a claim with a state court. She warned claims over $10,000 were filed in federal claims court.. Suggested he could file with state and settle for less than $10,000. Emphasized if he faced $1,000,000 loss, why would he settle for $10,000 settlement which is max available to him through state court. As stated by someone on the board, this guy has history of doing this in previous court litigation. Is he stupid ? No! He is experienced and motive/ intent not on surface but like yank, it appears Mr Sammons is representing government interest and bought into covert mission to force a delay. At what price did it cost taxpayers?
