SPAR - I was thinking along the same lines. Government budgets fiscal year ends in October I think. Generally budget spending picks up to exhaust available funds towards year end to ensure they get the same taxpayer funded budget for their following fiscal year. I haven't taken the time to look but it would be valuable for anyone considering a position to look at seasonality and consider what federal, military, and municipal budgets may have been up to for the reported quarter.
