Pink Sheets run on frequent updates, this is not NYSE where big names and large market caps command investor confidence. The company announces the start of a new production source and then doesn't follow up for a couple weeks - everyone assumes this was just another failed project, thus the sell off.
I suppose Fogassa still hasn't learned to play along with the realities of the company's current market tier.
