There is the critical status hearing and ruling by Judge Bucklo on CCGI's motion to dismiss scheduled for this Thursday 10/27/2016 at 9:00 a.m.

Everyone fully expects CCGI's very weak Hail Mary to be dismissed which will greatly enhance monies that JNSH will receive in the settlement!

It is entirely possible that we could see a settlement PRIOR to that ruling for the above reason!
