Funny thing with many small cap biotechs, some fly high just before they fall, and some are in free fall just before they explode.

I have read many doomsday forecasts for CTIX over the years. Most times CTIX's demise is greatly exaggerated. Likewise for the uber bullish case.

Come to think of it, CTIX often is a good buy when things are gloom and doom, and a good sell when the party is full swing and everyone is high fiving.

Come to think of it, CTIX behaves like most other markets.
