I realize we are dealing with a current reality...

one that I can live with.. considering those who believe in this
company (and the assets) are able to buy shares at such a
ridiculous discount.

Let me add..

if it weren't for the manipulation (frivolous lawsuit etc.) the company would
still be selling (to raise funds like most emerging companies do!!) but they would
be selling at much higher prices!!!

two different discussions.. but one puts the other in context.

those that choose to ONLY focus on pointing the finger at management...

The company isn't selling directly into the market, obviously. Are you saying that the company is selling to Aspire and THEY are selling into the market?

FWIW, the list of sellers who would be required to file a Form 4 is only 6 people long.
