When to buy and sell? It's always about timing. Not just for CTIX, but all stocks. If you have been averaging down, still depends on timing.

Personally, I generally only buy when stocks are really cheap, or when they are rising with strong technical, which usually means rising with high volume.

I also use stops, and do not try to think I am smarter than Mr. Market. I pick my entry, but if wrong, I keep my loses low. I will let my profits run, but to protect profits I usually use a rising trailing mental stop.

I also put some stock in fundamental analysis as part of a diversified portfolio. Some stocks in the portfolio rise and some fall on any given day. Longer term still requires maintenance, but is not something I change often.

CTIX also seems to exhibit other tell tale indicators. For instance, the recent decline was signaled pretty strongly by large blocks of shares showing up at the ASK. This tends to keep Bullish traders away, and inhibits volume. And, volume is a constant issue with CTIX. The general illiquidity will keep many investors and traders at arms length. Nothing worse than trying to sell into an illiquid market when one has a large position to liquidate. Probably explains why there is selling into liquidity, and this is a buzz kill for rallies.

Things change. And, CTIX trade behavior probably will change, as it has done periodically throughout the years. CTIX has had some really good Bullish runs. We'll know it when we see it, and it will show up in the technical.

CTIX will not rise to the top, or fall to the bottom in one day. CTIX will be trading for decades to come, unless a buyout occurs. Doubt the negative case (bankruptcy) will be an issue.
