Bingo! Agree 100%. That's why I check here everyday to see a PR announcing the fortunate passing of the CEO from a massive heart attack or from a long painful bout with cancer. Scum like BW deserve cancer.

If he put any effort whatsoever into his pumps, they are considered legit by the SEC even though we all know (and so does the SEC) that they were fruitless scams. But that's how it works. All legal and no law violation here.

Quite right....however, he did make a major mistake: he issued press releases (before the Europe stuff) that the company was sending product abroad, knowing that he had NO import/export permit from the government. Those were purely fraudulent press releases--completely indefensible--and as such should be a slam dunk for the SEC. That by itself would probably not be enough for any jail time, however it could serve as a foundation of intended deceit should they/anyone wish to pursue any of the other claims that were made by the company.
