Putting a company into receivership is akin to bankruptcy. Not sure why a long would welcome that.

Only $588,000 receivership, I think MYEC don't need to be fear for it.
It will be not too difficult for MYEC to pay off this.

the $588,000 judgement against MYEC in favor of TCA, and the fact TCA is pursuing putting the company into receivership in order to collect on the judgement.
