Shorting OWCP is a death wish. The MJ runs see most of their gains in the months after elections. In the 2014 to 2015 Colorado run and that was 1 state we ran into April the spring of 2015 that is where most of the $$$ was made. Shorting a low float big board DD bio pharmaceutical stock like OWCP would be dangerous IMO. There are so many states and CA the fifth largest economy in the world on the ballots about to legalize MJ or medical MJ now the 2016 to 2017 run should be epic. Also OWCP has so much more. 7 patents and 8 clinical trials.
