My guess is the advertisement division is the old software part. HEMP life today is the new. Business core and product.

James Ballas is the CEO of Ubiquitech and now HempLife today. After the name and symbol change takes effect Ubiquitech will be gone and James Ballas will be the only CEO of HempLife Today. Prior to the submission for name and symbol change Tim Zorn was the CEO/President of hemp life today and it was just a division of Ubiquitech.
