It is indeed. some CEO crooks never care anything other than filling their pockets. This CEO seems to be a big crook. Look at other stock I lost my a$$ BVT* same story. With two RS in 6 months and 1:2500 on one back to .0001. CEO sold me with his MBA PhD and scammed everyone with nothing but lies in PRs on millions in contracts.
