Haz Holdings SA ~ Totally different company

Haz Holdings Inc bought a shell company created by an attorney Otto in Seattle and was formed as a Delaware company and then registered in TX. After they lost the 2 hotels in TX they re-registered the company in Wa. Their original address of Pacific Hwy was a property they lost in foreclosure, hence the Gig Harbor address and is actually the home of the infamous Dr. B.
