my info is the Inquirer article was premature , although other outlets reporting the same although saying ' is to be agreed ' rather than 'agreed' ..........so my guess is shortly , i would have thought it would be good to get done and dusted over the next few weeks as I am sure all parties would like to start test drilling as soon as dry season starts.........so wait and see
