If they don't have to pay - they get sued? But....wait, it was a court settlement of a suit, wasn't it? Why would a judge looking at this company ever agree to any settlement after the company ignores a previously agreed upon settlement?

And what about the 8-K? Or should I say 8-K's? One to announce the lawsuit. One to announce the settlement. One to announce they are going to ignore the settlement and screw their creditor (again). LOL.......

So, why no 8-K's? Investors who insist TALK and UMS are legit and honest should be demanding that their company comply with the rules.

These guys appear more and more openly to be nothing but con-men, but we already knew that.
