The same is said on every non-reporting dark pink sheet stock - "something" is brewing, however that's never defined.

The only thing brewing here is Sullivan's attempt #2 at a publicly traded company to raise MORE money from the unsuspecting. Scandalous.

I agree. We will be told what has been going on and what plans there are when it is appropriate. I wish it hasn't been this way, but I agree with you that there is a purpose.
