Technicals mean nothing with a penny stock whose viability is yes or no to the patents holding value or not.

All of those "signals" are as reliable as a magic 8 ball or a coin toss.

All those indicators & logarithms, etc, can be used to attempt to predict prices with normal stocks that respond to normal market pressures. Vplm is not a stock like that. It has zero connection to market movement trends, pressures, etc. It's in a world of its own & responds only to 1) the obvious manipulations it's been subject to for so long & 2) is an artificially propped up price based on hype & those who hold on to the hope. Pps has held tightly to about a nickel for a long time w/only rare & short lived variations. All those other metrics, Vplm has proven it could care less about. Useless information, supposed to drive my imagination, I can't get no...no, no, no.
