Looking at the UPC search results from the Western jerky on hjoe’s fb page, it was noticed that the ‘company’ returned called “Entertainment Production House Inc” has an address that appears to be a residential home.

And the actual couple of companies by that name itself doesn’t seem to have a any relation to a food manufacturer or supplier. However, Both these examples may be dissolved entities, so that may mean any ups number they had are in some sort of public domain for UPC numbers? Just too many questions here concerning the structure of the hjoe company. Oh, and it was also noticed that the ticker symbol is on every label as well. HJOE is NOT an abbreviation for Hangover joe holding co or hangover joes anything. It’s strictly the ticker symbol. I don't see any other legit company putting a ticker symbol on their product's front label.
One reason I can think of for a company having a untraceable UPC number is if they are protecting a top secret government fuel or weapon, or just don't want people to know whether they make what they claim they do.
