It is seeking the highest returns and that is equities. that's the point. You can't declare a crash when domestic economy is holding up well and money can't find competition.

Higher yields brings competition. Not much could cause a dire bear cycle at this juncture. An earnings recession for sure. A stock market correction of some 20 percent for sure. But what exactly will cause the next crash and depression? In the 7 year low rate environment it just doesn't seem likely that a situation will arise that causes this type of long lasting problem.

patience is needed and when the opportunity presents itself there should be enough time to get in on the bet.

I am looking for a temporary drop caused by the rising dollar and earnings squeeze. That in itself doesn't cause an economic recession.
